I remember reading something about it on AICN sometime last year, once it started hitting the film festivals. it's suppose to actually be pretty well done. but soul-crushing at the same time.

I've read people say you think you want to see it, but you really don't. five or so years ago, I would have disregarded some-one saying that. but now days, I just take word for it.

It was on google video a few months ago. I didn't watch it from beginning to end, just kind of skipped through to see what it was like. Looked like it would probably be one of the most gory/just generally fucked up movies that I have seen.

Im planning on watching the whole thing sometime here when I get around to it.

It's too ridiculous for any sense of horror or dread. Even the scenes that aren't the newborn porn shit.

It started out alright with little creepy things like the porn scene taking place in front of the kid and all.

This film didn't know if it wanted to be Irreversible or Oldboy.

It's far from gory, it has some messed up parts in it though.

I thought it was pretty horseshit as far as the plot goes, but it doesn't really start to get into the fucked up stuff until the second half. It's extreme but at the same time I felt it could have gone further. Would I recommend it? No, unless you specifically wanted a fucked up movie.

First movie out of those series is the best imo, I guess one for each generation...

First one was a school project and pretty funny, while 2&3 came to be 20ish years later to beat a dead horse for a while and make cash out of it.

I saw it recently (the cut version). It's a metaphor for serious issues and reflects how fucked up Serbia has been and the things the director lived through, but some bits were so OTT it made me laugh.
