Fuck sakes,
OK so my mom was telling me to make sure I get a good amount of fiber in my diet.
So I go to the drug store and get this fiber supplement.
For some reason, I dunno maybe from looking at the label, I thought you just plunk in a heaping tablespoon in some water, stir, and drink.
So I did.
Then I read the instructions, and it says " Highly concentrated. Add 1/4 teaspoon to glass of water... "
Whaaat!
It's only been 15 minutes. Does anyone know whats gonna happen?
Will I dies?
Should I go to emergency?

considering its in a soluble powder, I wouldn't be suprised it didnt work earlier. think of what happens when you drink coffee, much less my super bowel destroying coffee. liquids go past that first spinchter alot faster than solids that need to be processed by your secondary preprocessor (stomach, mouth does the first job)

srsly...grab a good book cause you are going to be sitting on the toilet for awhile and will most likley be cleaning your colon (which is healthy although the manner in which you are doing it might harm you)

When you drink coffee it's the caffeine that's causing the bowel movement. Fiber works as a vehicle for waste, and it does not work directly on the bowels.

If you're constipated and eat a bunch of fiber it's damn near pointless.

Update:
I am writing this from my Android phone in the hospital.
Things got so painful, I drove to emergency.
They pumped my stomach, and the doctor told me that if I didn't come to emergency I could have shat out my intestines

Currently I am reading a copy of Architectural Digest, waiting for a cute nurse to bring me my tasty hospital dinner.
