Do you actually have a good way to do this? My friends tried it once, it didn't work. Also don't add fruit. Just mix some wine yeast with juice and add sugar but try and get juice with no preservatives. Look out for sorbate, it will mess up the yeast. A guy from the fermentation store told me this

Make some prison style pruno. Fruit juice + ketchup + yeast. Doesn't get any cheaper than that.

If you add mint or basil leaves, in addition to the fruit, you'll find that it has three levels of flavour. Bad, fruity, and flavourful.
