8 hour slot

There is a 8 hour slot open for my friends dog to be able to enter a building and either A: look for nice things or install a backdoor in to the computer systems.
only problem is one entrance is locked the other can be used as its unlocked so my friend says. Only problem is walking past a well lite area where some one may notice.

If my friends dog goes soon then he stands a chance but if not she can go in the morning at the crack of dawn and risk getting seen by anyone that is around in the area my friends dog does not like the dark

there is a alarm system my friends dog knows the first floor is not alarmed
my friend also knows that there is a flashing alarm box outside.
could it be armed ,who knows. but my friend does not see how they could only alarm 1 floor and not the other.

My friend managed to get down there had a good look around and the info he got was false. Everything was locked. My friend tried for nearly a hour to pick the lock he saw 1 opened window but it was to small only a child could climb through it. The hidden spare key was so hidden that no one could find it.

It sucks my friend had 1 chance and now its gone
