I've seen this sort of thing with my own parents, who have been split up since I was 3. I read yesterday that after they signed an agreement in February, she got new lawyers and went to court. The judge got pissed off that he wasn't told that there was already an agreement. The agreement stated that the tapes weren't to be released.

She recorded the call because she's in a custody battle. It's not safe to have a man who explodes like that around an infant unsupervised, regardless of the circumstances that lead him to go off the deep end.

He needs help.

If I had an 8 month old baby and it was in danger of being placed in the hands of a man this mentally unstable, I would get help to record evidence of how explosive and threatening he can get as well. You guys are forgetting that she's a mother with a child to protect. For her not to put the best case forward would be irresponsible parenting.
