Can you ppl give me suggestions for a noisy neighbor ( loud music )

OK, this bitch, she listens to her hiphop radio fuckin loud,
I know the chanel she listens to... so I am going to try a radio jammer...
this should work, it's cheap to buy or make, and effective.

But I like to have a backup plan. See if I jam her radio, she might just start cranking her cds, or ipod.
( I dunno can you jam ipods? )

Ive looked into emps and making a microwave gun, but fuck, thats alot of work and the range is usually crap unless you have a really big one.

So maybe I should consider some lo-tech alternatives, like maybe hurling feces on her porch?

I dont want to get into shooting stuff at her... leaves too much evidence

I guess I could just talk to her, but I get the feeling she's the trashy type with a goon boyfriend that would just scream at me, etc.

And ideas would be nice.

Talk to her. She continues, complain to landlord or cops or whatever.
But if you did the jammer I think that would be BADASS!

But i'm a dork who thinks being able to plug my iPod into my car is badass so i'm probably easily impressed.

get a belkin tunecast 2 from ebay or something and follow this guide http://sonic.net/~n7moe/BelkinMod.htm . be sure to get a directionalized antenna. When that's all done, point it at her apt and play hitler speeches or just play a loop that says "YOU'RE A FUCKING ASSHOLE, TURN DOWN YOUR GODDAMN MUSIC"
