I hate those things, and most of the jew sites like hulu and fancast wait way too long to update new episodes of stuff.

I think that there are a few downloaders out there that let you buypass sharecash surveys, but I'm not sure.

I've never seen those? Maybe it's because I have Adblock Plus so I don't ever come across them. Can't be sure, though.(EDIT: Or maybe it's because I don't use Hulu lol)

Depends, but usually you can strip out scripting or view the source, both of which get you what you want.
