Who creates the best mass murderers?

Plain and simple lets drag up some history and try to see who has the most fucked up people the do the most deviant things and where these people were made.

My votes on Canada... For some reason our mass murdering psychopaths are just a cut above the rest.

Mostly I think it's because every serious crime we have ends with a slap on the wrist or some other bullshit.

And there are even worse ones than mentioned and probably worse still... I live here though and I get to see "society" fail all around me.

Frankly I just think we Canucks create some really fucked up serial killers and mass murderers.

I find it even better when we let them free as full citizens with rights and all that... Nice to be able to vote get free cable and other shit in the pen for killing a few people.

Well, Canada has it's fair share of serial killers, mass murderers not so much. For serial killers, we have Willie Pickton, Homolka/Bernardo (Canadian version of Fugate/Starkweather), Leo Dion, Wayne Boden, etc... Mass murderers, we've got Dale Nelson, Kimveer Gill, Marc Lepine, and Robert Cook.
