I've been meaning to try this for a while. Not to get high, but because it takes too long for the pills to kick in. Any reason it wouldn't work? Diph looks pretty nonpolar as a base, so most np's should take it up nicely.

Why not simply smoke bud? A few days ago I thought it was way too hard to not get caught but then I discovered all I had to do was smoke with my bowl out a window, use eye drops, and act normal. It gets you hiiiiiggggh man.
