Where exactly is Obama's birth certificate?

Has anyone actually seen it? I'm just curious because there are some people who say that he was born in America, and there are some people who say that he's never presented a birth certificate. I've googled, but I haven't had any luck coming up with information that didn't have an extreme liberal/conservative skew.

Does anyone know the real answer to this question? I'm not exactly convinced that he wasn't born here, but neither am I convinced that he was born here.
