Mad solubility of 2C-E in distilled water

Will 250mg 2C-E fully dissolve in 50 ml of distilled water?

It would dissolve better in 100 proof vodka. That is 50% water and 50% ethanol. It would also last longer in an alcohol solution due to bacteria that would inevitably get into your water-only solution.

That's fine and all, it's not going to be stored in this solution; it's just a short-term way to dose.

Like I said, it would not only dissolve much easier into an alcohol solution (such as vodka or everclear), but as a side benefit it will help the chemical stay stable instead of just plain water, which inevitably will end up destroying your chemical.

Don't quote me on this, but I think you can also use acetone (use pure acetone, not like paint-thinner).

This is handy because if you have a glass plate and a very still room with the slightest breeze to dissipate fumes and a perfectly level surface, you can dissolve your known amount of powder into a known amount of acetone, and using a syringe you can squirt an exact amount of substance onto the glass and then let the acetone evaporate (I would wait for a 2-3 days just to be sure its all out). You can then scrape the residue left over up with a razor blade and then you can either drop that into a shot of alcohol or you can gel-cap it (or parachute it... which is stupid in my opinion). Repeat this process until all of the solution is used up. If you have a big enough and flat enough glass plate you can do this all in one operation by squirting the liquid into small pools in a sort of grid-like pattern.
