novelty ids

anyone know where you might be able to find a good novelty california id?
i know that idchief doesnt have them. lol

Most people are capable of making passable novelty ID's themselves. It really depends on who your trying too fool, most bars and grocery stores/gas stations aren't going to UV light your ID or do anything too fancy. If it's your picture it's probably going to pass, especially if you keep it in a wallet sleeve. But for other ID's see IDCHIEF or reputable members unless you want to drop serious money on the equipment to make ID's to fool banks and the like.

hmmm thanks guys, ive been trying to make my own lately i have the ultimate guide thing. im pretty good at design so i got the editing down, but the holo and the uv are the hardest, i think i can figure out the holo but the uv i dont even know where to start any ideas?

i played around with that in the past. we made a silkscreen with the hologram (you can make a template from a piece of cardstock) then just spray it with fancy spraypaint. dont remember what color we used but it was one of the rainbow/pearl colors.

i just dont understand the uv process, you get the ink, install it on your printer, then just print over the laminated card?

And for the hologram you can use the stamp trick as well right?

also: can you buy the printing cartridges for the printer, then put the uv ink in?

or i was thinking I could buy spray on uv paint, make a stencil sort of then spray it on.... lol idk

Kitty. Yes I have read the tutorial. The only reason I'm confused is because they are unclear and explain both the hologram and uv process at the same time.
