Default iTunes/iPod help

I'll just get this out of the way now - I hardly ever use ipods or itunes. Pretty much never.

I've put all of my music into the itunes library and it all seems nice and neat so far. I have a folder called 'others' which is simply full of various tracks, lets just say a whole bunch of artists but only 1 track each. How can I essentially make an identical folder for my ipod? i.e. Music > Artists > All > Others > -list of various tracks-. Possible or will I just have to put up with every single individual artist listed separately?

Hope it makes sense.

You mean a Playlist.

Music > Playlist > Other. Create in iTunes and drag and drop the folder there.

It is so second nature to me that I was second guessing your question the whole time. But, I have/do own macs/ipods/iphones sooooo.......

Glad I could help someone here with SOMETHING. Be it as little as this.
