the jamers can be made with the wavebubble. this article i feel is out of date or misleading. jamming is one thing and can be done to all remote technologies. LAMMING IS REAL. now they are refering to cloning remotes signal, to my knowlege all vehicles are using "CODE HOPPING" technology, thats why they need to be paired with a car.
The jaming would work great in a mall envirnment but waiting around in random areas is impractical... hours would pass before a Target vehicles owner locked the doors.

putting a few jammers up in a parking garage and carshopping that way would work, just remember that the effective range on a jammer is limited to the power output and thus the power input!

the club is a joke! if someone wants to stal your car with 'THE CLUB' its easily defeated.
1st method is the hacksaw- not the club but the stearing wheel its self
2nd is using a pipe for leverage to break an arm off the club
3rd pick the lock

there are other ways i forgot to mention i'm sure

the stun club is a novel idea

Car theft is all fine and dandy but unless you have serious connections it doesn't seem like a very profitable crime when taking the punishment into consideration. Also if you happen to have a conscious you may benefit in knowing that insurance companies often get out of paying for the theft and leave the victim with a car payment for a car they don't have. Personally if I were into crime I would look at other alternatives, especially crimes that take advantage of those who can afford to be taken advantage or may deserve it. Banks, the government, dolphins fans... you get the picture lol

Anyway, here are a few articles zoklet may find useful:
