Nah, the active user count goes up and down. Also, most of the regulars are active in IRL and have some issues to attend and also some users had problem logging in. This has been fixed. So, yeah it might look we're down but we're actually climbing up the ranks slowly. [Well, it was slowly before but now thinks are a bit different].

The reason nobody contributes or helps at Zoklet is because of the childish spammers and defacers. Did you really think anybody would view the Totse tribute differently (since spamming and defacing is obviously permitted) just because it's called Totse? When you're rebuilding something you have to give it time to grow and use the community to up the standards. I do see some this and that threads but those same users try to contribute. Totse.info is a place which basically carters to community needs and instead of just becoming a circle jerk actually focuses on outputting something. It's not that large enough to go out of control yet. But it's in great shape which lets you set a pace or define some boundaries. There are rules in place that can easily stop spammers and flooders from raping totse.info but access to them have been restricted because you need to give time for the community to come together and set the standards.

As I said totse.info takes a different approach, the forums are for socializing, sharing bits of weird and different information. When it comes to contributions and output we have a different platform in place for it . So, in a way it's trying to balance everything out.

You're thinking too hard and trying to rationalize a very simple thing, and you're also trying to put the horse before the cart. You have members defacing the discussion forums with garbage. You need to get rid of members defacing the discussion forums with garbage. Cleaning out the defacers will draw people who wish to discuss topics without having to deal with defacing garbage. People won't contribute to Zoklet because it's filled with defacing garbage and spamming assclowns, so slapping another name on a community already filled with juvenile retards and calling it Totse is not going to do shit squat in regard to any genuine change. Genuine change takes action, not excuses and hopeful explanations.
