Legality of Balisongs in Canada

Hey guys, I had some time ago acquired a pretty looking balisong for a decent price at an anime convention, and recently it broke. I was wondering if it is legal to buy them in Canada firstly, and secondly if it would actually arrive and not get stopped at the border if I was to order one online. And also, I am not sharpening it, and if it comes sharpened I am dulling it down. I use it for tricks, and tricks only, if that makes any difference (I doubt it).
