Well I figured the fact that her best friend is the known neighbourhood hobag(who fucks for money), and there have been several occasions where I have suspected shenanigans was reason enough.
Also, why would she break up with me then call back less than an hour later, if it wasn't for a reason that had to do with me.
In short, I the paranoia was killing me and the relationship and even if she said "no" I wouldn't have believed her. But you're right I should have asked her, but what can I say I'm a huge pussy.

It's because often, the breakup is one-sided.

usually because shes hurt, or doesnt want to see you again...the reason i gave my ex for not wanting to be friends is that it would be pointless to be friends with someone i had feelings for.

Generally, if someone actually breaks up with you, it means that they are breaking up with you, and you should've tried to sort things out before that moment.

Generally if someone breaks up with you, you either accept that they don't want to be with you anymore, and even though it hurts you, you let them go because that's what they want, or you have some dignity and accept that if someone is going to break up with you, it means they're over you and you don't need to trail around after them like a lost puppy.
