Just make sure the egg whites are pasteurized, they have tons of protein, I don't know what the fuck Sopio is talking about, they are used in many desserts like tiramisu for instance. You don't bake a tiramisu right? Bartenders use them in cocktails.....I'm sure there are plenty of other applications.
