Why the FUCK must all these modern shooters have gigantic fucking crosshairs. I bet this shit has regenerating health as well. PC only? Fuck that shit being a true PC game when they put so many console specific bullshit in it. Either get lost of crosshairs or use ones that don't cover half of your screen.

Still it really gives you a good premise about what too expect from the graphics department and multiplayer side of things.

Hit detection seems excellent in this game. Movements feel original and Battlefield-Esque style. Shadow's and lighting seem great, Detail on individual objects is great as well. This has obvious better graphics than CoD and looks way more streamlined. I actually might play the campaign for it's worth to get used to the new interface.

That's because they're aiming at the CoD fan base. It's pretty obvious that Dice pretty much declared war on them. They're showing that Battlefield is as, or more, action-packed than CoD and that they're going to do it better in every way.

They're still going to keep the "Hardcore" gamers happy though, with the multiplayer.

Basically they merged Battlefield 2's multiplayer with Bad Company 2's single player and improved both. Well, it's what I imagine at least.

I'm also looking forward to some 32v32 multiplayer teaser, though.

Boy do you look dumb. Arena fps like those are a lot different to PC battlefields with big, expansive maps.

I'm pretty sure there'll be hardcore mode as there is in BC:2.

No cross hairs. Pure skill. Only thing I can play.

And the Battlefield series never had regenerating health, that'd make the medic class, a staple of the franchise, completely obsolete.

Hmm..I see you all cumming buckets over the graphics. Maybe it's just me or is it that most of the 'good' graphics are focused on the soldiers and their vehicles and what not. The environment around them has good graphics except for objects. That second picture up there has a soda can half sunk into the ground and the other objects...well, they look like HL2 objects to me.

Game is in Alpha and you also don't know what settings the people who took those videos are running the game at.
