ok guys so here i am thinking about this... whenever i'm just sitting around not doing a lot, I noticed I'm always biting down for no reason. It eventually hurts my jaw and my teeth...I hate it. Other things I do are when I'm just sitting there I'll have my fists clenched, or I'll be gripping down on whatever I'm holding onto pretty hard.
One theory I have is this happens mostly because I don't exercise enough, like maybe my body wants to be really active but I don't have anything to do so I always just end up sitting on the computer or something and my body just wants my muscles to be worked.
Anyways this is extremely annoying...does anyone else get like this??
