Okay, so I bought a new handwash and it's got these little purple tits or some shit sloating inside it. What the fuck is this? Congealed handwash?

Shit so when you scrub it can scrub deeper into the cracks in your palm/helps you get more clean.

But is the purpose of it really just to scrub your hands? Because I usually scrub my hands with steel wool anyway. With these, can I stop doing that? Because this is a lot less painless, but I guess not as effective.
