when mods post links to other threads

something that always makes me laugh is when someone posts a thread that's already been done before and some idiot mod comes over and posts a link to the first thread. It's like ummmmm ok who cares about that link. I'm pretty sure nobody will ever click on it, and the discussion always goes on afterwards and everyone else ignores the link. Like oh yeah ur so smart mod, that you posted that link. you really showed the OP this time. now excuse me while I and everyone else continues the discussion and ignore your stupid link that nobody cares about.
oh yeah and bonus points if the link to the other thread was actually about something different.
