Nothing too severe but you might actually benefit from making a doctor's appointment and possibly getting yourself a beta-blocker or something, will help regulate your heart rate etc.

resting is 50 - 128 bpm
warm up is 128 - 139 bpm
fat burning is at 139 - 151bpm cardio 151 - 162bpm
extreme is 162 - 173 bmp

max heart rate is 173 - 185 bpm
and the max is "pushing your heart to the limits here and if its that high you should consult your doctor.

This was a guide taken from heart rate monitor for the iphone.

so if your heart rate is that high i would go see a doctor.
but 120 is counted as resting according to the guide so i guess that means its not dangerous unless you got heart problems?.

I am no doctor.

On what?

According to the American Heart Association, one's target heart rate zone is approximately 50-85% of the maximum heart rate, the formula of estimation being (220 - your age) BPM. 100-120 depending on your actual max heart rate is probably in the lower end of the range but it should be good enough to achieve a noticeable cardiovascular benefit.

Yeah nothing to worry about too much especially if you've been doing chemicals. My blood pressure went up to about 150/90 after a week of pretty heavy stimulant use a month or so ago, but gone down now after taking a break for a bit.

Wow guys, way to drop the ball.

How much mpdv have you been doing, and when? Be more specific.

You should never have a resting sober heartrate anywhere near that high. Drugs or anxiety can caused a raised heartrate, but if you're experiencing that heartbeat for a week at a time while not on atoms, that's a major problem.

I know some med shit, but not so much about the heart. I do know that treating it like that can easily cause real problems. If your heartrate has been like that constantly, you need to give it a break.
