Securing Paypal Illegit Funds

So let's say some way or another someone gets like a paypal account with around 5000$ USD inside or has access to one.

How would one go to secure it? Or fastest way to transfer it to real cash or just very very secure transactions.

I have many options (all using VPN/proxies/public comps+nocameras) but dunno:

1. Use the Paypal and send payments as "Gifts" to a bunch of random people from the same forums including the person in it (so it would look like an accident). Dunno if Paypal can take the money back?

2. Send the money to another unverified paypal who uses it to buy a fake service ad my friend set up (or multiple ones), then he uses gift to send money to me.

Can anyone help me out here?

But wouldn't that take some time? And would the gift cards get deactivated? Could I buy them online?

First off, don't log in from more than two different IP addresses, as this will result in the account getting locked. This shouldn't be a problem if you know the answers to the security questions, or if you know the account numbers of their bank or credit card.

Second, PayPal recently increased the security of the "send money as gift" option, mainly due to the fact that such payments can't be easily disputed. Instead of being able to send money instantly, PayPal will only give you the option of using an e-check, which will take several days to clear. I'm unsure if they'll still let you send money by deducting it from the account's balance.

Launder it. Send it to other paypals and have them use it to WU you cash.

SWIM was veryyyy into this and made lots doing it.and i heard the trick was..

make sure you take note of all the info in the paypals customer file or profile or whatever.then,go to one of those chinese gold-selling websites..SWIM formely used runescape,but im sure WoW,12sky2, or other popular games have a large free-trade market.

buy maybe a 15-20$ purchase of gold,pickup your gold from the chinese people in game.usually they wont sell to you twice so fast,so pick another gold selling website and buy 100 or w.e. more million gold.keep going until you've amassed a nice amount together.

proxy,create another account if you havent already on the game your using this with..alot of the game designers are on it about finding gold sellers.last thing you want is your stash to get 'bannedz0r'.so do it fast,then put it all on another character.and by the way make sure you dont actually 'trade' the gold sellers.make them drop it or have a personal shop setup or something,be inconspicious obviously.lost hundreds of dollars due to kids snitching on me in the game..

once youve amassed a nice amount of gold,find some cheating forums for that game.find people there paying for millions,only trusted people.try to earn trust for them by selling legitly,dont rip people off. and you can bet there'll be other ppl there selling theyre games gold,so undercut them even if its the slightest so you can unload as quickly as possible.

ideally SWIM had a bulk buyer for the gold that paid via WU and was reliable.always nice to have that.otherwise just sell small amounts to people via verified paypal with the non-refund trick(if its still around) blah blah..home free.good luck
