Default getting fired in orientation/training

ok i dont wanna explain why. but i need an excuse to give someone for getting fired the very first day. i mean during orientation and training.

seriously no joke. i need to know

maybe i failed so horribly during training. like i made some bad mistake stocking shelves and it all fell down and broke everything?

it has to be a good reason too.

oh yea and its a retail job. its at wal greens

thanks in advance

I'm not sure what you could do to make them fire you on the spot that seems legitimate. They want to hire you, so anything that would make them fire you on the spot would have to be drastic and objectionable.

i once had an orientation for mcdonald's.

i had forgotten about that orientation earlier in the day and decided to drop some acid. then i remembered and had to go to the orientation on acid.

i actually handled it quite well except for a few key moments:

we had to take the chairs from the lobby into the back room to watch some videos. my chair's seat was loose and i did not know. i began to carry it through the lobby when the top fell off and banged on the floor. this was during rush dinner hours, and the LAST thing you want on acid is for people to notice you or put you in the spotlight.

a female friend of mine was there and burst out laughing, and my face turned bright red as i tried to get the chair through the opening between the front counter and the wall - i didn't notice everyone else lifting their chairs. it was horrible.

then there was another one where we were watching a training video. we had to pay attention to this cartoon guy who was robbing the mcdonalds, and then answer questions about his appearance afterwards.

i was insistent on the fact that he was an old man with a wandering eye. everyone looked at me odd, as he was "obviously" a man in his early 20s with perfectly fine eyes.

so yeah you could use those stories

My buddie got a job a US cellular and fell asleep during the orientation class. They told him he wasn't suited for the company, lol.

if drugs prevented you from getting this job, now is the time to take the left road.

You left a floor wet and someone got hurt

You were working and someone stole a bunch of merchandise and you shouldve stopped them.

The bus you were on got in an accident and you were late.

You broke your ankle and instead of waiting for you to come back, they decided to immediately fill the position.

Get creative dude. Anything.

show up to work half drunk and half dressed,

tell your superviser you need to leave 3 hours early
cuz you need a chat with your probation officer,

fondle a 12 year olds ass, customer or coworker, no difference,

take a nap in the staff room or pass out on the toilet,

take 80$ out of the register and leave a note syaing:

`` IOU, borrowed 80$ until wednesday for methadone``
but cross out methadone and write ``child support``

...then cross out wednesday and write ``payday``

My guess: Your parents told you to get a job, so you "applied", "interviewed", and "got hired". You suddenly realized that "getting fired" would be better than "going to work" 3 days a week and just sleeping your car in the parking lot.

You'll pull it off better if you "work" for a few days.. its pretty rare to get fired during training or orientation.
Yet I've still managed to accomplish this..

Just say you had trouble working the register and then tripped and knocked over a shelf, and the manager felt bad but really needs someone who can run things there. Maybe he's looking to hire someone who would replace him in a few months.

You could say that you were in charge of putting price tags on stuff, and you put the wrong ones on something, and some people ended up walking out of the store paying like 5 bucks for a 100 dollars worth if items. I'm pretty sure they fire people for that.

Let me guess, you got caught being high at work or something and now you have to make up a story to tell your parents.

I have a better theory, walgreens drug tests all their employees so they know no one's stealing all the good drugs after hours.
