This is unacceptable since we already have a fucking :youmad: smiley. So here you go Zoklet, I believe thanks are in order.

if you want a smiley added, here's what you do:

1. Format it:50x50 pixels (max), clear background.
2. Include the "tag" that the image will use and make sure that it won't conflict with anything else already in place.
3, send it to fish, I'd suggest heading it something like "smiley, pls add" or something else equally clear, and reasonably polite.
4. go forth and use your smiley to spread fear and disgust upon the interwebz.

All smiley suggestions threads will just get redirected to here.
