Why is Shadylady a mod?

The fact that someone who was part of a criminal investigation, can now see my IP, bothers the shit out of me. This is how Shadowcrew got shut down. You just compromise some mods, and you don't NEED a warrant for the site or poster's information when you can either compromise them into being a CI, or just seize their account and computers.

My favorite part of all this is that she urges posters not to post evidence that they've committed a crime- but to make it hypothetical, as if the pretense of you writing a story about some stupid bullshit crime will protect you from the law. She's just luring people in to their own confessions.

hahaha, I understand there's a place in BI for things like carshopping and shoplifting, but I'm pretty sure they've already been covered and don't need to be offered as a solution to every single BI post. Need free food? Steal it. Need free clothes? Steal it. Need a free car? Steal it. Need a free house? Steal it. Oh, okay. The feds can only get a subpoena for your IP address if you admitted to a crime. If you don't believe me ask Zok & if you don't believe him ask a lawyer. Saying you are writing a story isn't proof that you committed a crime.

You do realize that I mainly post about shoplifting b/c the feds don't care about some lady that allegedly shoplifts. There's nothing cool about admitting to crimes. I don't need to prove how 'hard' I am to anyone on here.

Feds care about people who admit to serious crimes. White collar crimes like identity theft & carding. Drug trafficking like Clover has admitted to.

Yeah, feds aren't gonna do something to someone talking about crimes, usually unless the crime has already been perpetrated and there's hard evidence of it(like the guy that robbed the casino, the coupon fraud which was being perpetrated on the internet). I monetized my trips to Mexico, talked about it...it's not about being 'hard', it's about sharing knowledge and helping others out with their bad ideas.

If you can only do your job half assed because of fear (although we all know you're nothing but a petty thief) step aside and let someone do the job correctly. That's all I'm sayin. If you can only discuss shoplifting out of fear, you're only covering about .1% of all BI.
