Need help for the name of a horror movie

I only saw a trailer once, and don't remember it well.

It is a movie about a guy and a girl who stop in fornt of a gas station, where they find other two people, and when they are inside there is something outside the gas station that starts trying to enter and kill them in some weird way.

The creature, as far as I remeber from the trailer is only shown as many strange tentacles, that if in contact woth your body are deadly, because some kind of mutation happens with your body.

I also remeber that probabaly tim roth was in it, or someone who looks like him.

THis is a movie from the currnet XXI century. Not an old one.
