These are extreme conservatives, and some Americans do think like this unfortunately. But regardless if it's Fox News, it's a major media entity none the less and you can't simply say that only a few people in America think like this. The majority of opinions in the bible belt resemble some of these beliefs but not to the satirical level displayed here (I hope). Being from the northeast, extreme conservatives are few and far between.
