Im going to guess some sort of petrol based FAE perhaps a bean can it seems to be a rather small mortar simply because of the looks of the stills either that or the mortar was over powered and split or under powered and over spill the sides i can certainly see in one of the still what im guessing to be flaming bag

and in the last still it appears petrol spilled on the ground it was burning
