I think you're right about this but only to a small degree. These blacks you speak of are mostly upper class or upper middle class blacks. They probably have some white mixed into them, or they are more evolved, ie. more recent immigrants from Africa, who come from the highest classes in Africa, who descended from more evolved ancestors who ruled over and enslaved their own kind. As you move down the socioeconomic ladder, you'll see more and more blacks who can't possible be considered humans. You can differentiate them by their animal-like lack of impulse control and inability to act like proper civilized people; it's not a matter of culture and upbringing, the ghetto blacks have been and will always be ghetto blacks unless they somehow improve their gene pool.

Blacks have made their own bed. Anytime a black criminal is beat-up and shot by police, the community rallies around him. Blacks have a tendency to always defend the worst scum amongst themselves, while whites always abandon, alienate and turn against those who break social norms and laws. Casey Anthony, a mildly attractive white woman is the most hated person in America. White people along with any other normal human being hate her guts. But with "famous" black criminals (OJ, Rodney King, Jena Six, Duke rape accuser to name a few), you'll always find a core group of blacks supporting them.

Blacks have a very tribal attitude, partly because their group is under siege, but mostly because they're just wired to be more tribalistic in thinking. It's a good mechanism for protecting the group, but not good for progressing in and integrating into human society.
