A while ago SHARP was considering making a cannon or sling or some way of getting a grappling hook into place.I've now come across this and decided to post it here for the outdoor folk who have urban interests.

That would actually be OK for him. Where we live we are allowed any gun that uses spring or air power only (no joule limit) and we are also allowed to build and modify any air or spring gun.
The only exceptions are crossbows and slingshots.

Hmm, that looks pretty good, a bit on the heavy side perhaps but it does remove a lot of the human factor.
I found a lightweight solution and made a line luncher that has the same characteristics as a slingshot, without actually being a slingshot as it can only launch projectiles of a certain shape. However it's still pretty much dependent on me being accurate, and it can be a bit tricky to use.
When time permits I'll look into a pneumatic system like the one you posted, thanks dude!

Snoopy, by now you should have noticed I don't waste my time responding to your inane personal attacks on other forums, to tell you the truth you simply aren't important enough to take seriously, but when you start bringing your crap into forums I've been tasked with looking after, you don't really leave me with any other options than simply to follow SOP which is exactly what will happen.

Now, my first response to you was just "a friendly warning", the one you'll be receiving shortly is of a more official nature, and if you decide to keep it up infractions will follow.

Ultimately you posting priveleges in this forum can be revoked, to put it short, you can't win this one so do yourself a favor and stick to whining about me in the appropriate forum.

b) Nothing on this forum is important. We don't post out of importance.

c) This thread should have been a PM in the first place. It does not really encourage any kind of discussion.

d) You obviously have a personal problem with me, which is very obvious from your other posts. In true butthurt zoklet mod fashion, you will likely base your actions on your personal bias.

e) The only one whining in this thread is you.

f) My "crap" is no different from the "crap" you post. You obviously have a superiority complex which is obvious from your political posts.

You can now do one of two things.

1) Just infract me because that is what you really want to do.

or

2) Show some integrity, move our posts to a PEOO thread and close this one telling the OP "thank you for the message".

My problem with you isn't any bigger than I've simply chosen to ignore your personal attacks on the other forums, but as I also explained, I can't just let them slip past in a forum I look after as they're muddying up the thread.

To be honest I'd wish I didn't have to, and if you'd just left it alone I wouldn't have to, but again, you leave me no choice, I can't and won't go back on my word as there's a procedure that must be maintained, otherwise there's no reason to have someone look after the various forums. How other mods run their forums is more or less their business, but if this forum is to maintain just a modicum of seriousness, only a certain amount of crap can be tolerated. That's the amount we've reached.
