I think it would be a good idea for mods to strike 3 times a shitty poster, with some sort of marking system. 3 marks would indicate the need for that poster to make a decent contribution or risk being banned for more useless bullshit being posted. Maybe a one week term of reveiw could take place to watch the 3 strikes poster for trolling/ fucking around, then at the end could that poster be graded on their performance. If they pass the test but still do poorly, we could just demote them to a mud farmer or something, forever otherwise they could be band
