now with the name and city/state google the name and city state for obit's that local papers publish online. With the Obituary you can get next of kin names as well as even more personal info you can use to totall 100% use the info for gaining credit cards, paypal, etc in their name

* Copy of State Issued ID Card
* Copy of Employee ID Card

So, a (very) good fake id with a relative's name should work.
