first off, making assumptions on the strengths of characters you obviously no nothing about is pretty damn lame, Goku is is indeed strong but superman is actually quite a bit stronger. how? Goku at his most powerful form has a class strength of +100 meaning he can lift around 100 tons maybe a bit more. superman at regular is also class +100, at his strongest is is significantly more than that. now if you wanna look at speed, Goku is capable of going mach +1000 (340,290 meters/s) which is most definately no joke, that is ******* fast, but there have been instances in the comic books where superman has achieved speeds 5 times faster than the speed of light (930,000 miles/sec) (on a side note, the flash is faster than superman being massively faster than the faster than light and speed is a key factor in force as well, and with the speed flash is capable of punching, it can be theoretically as powerful as punching you with a white dwarf star so he's no slouch in combat either). finally your argument on weaknesses, yes superman has a weakness to kryptonite but again at his strongest he grows an immunity to it so there goes that.

All I know about Goku is that he's some character on a show called Dragonball Z that used to be on Toonami, when I was a kid. The show consisted of nothing but guys grunting. At least that's all I'm able to recall.
