MTV was still good like, 8 years ago. Videos were awesome, they played decent music, they had animation and shit...

Currently the only decent thing I see in MTV is South Park and Drawn Together, but that's about it. It's now filled with shitty bands that all sound the same and lame reality shows.

that's why I hate watching TV now, and that's why we don't bother paying for cable anymore. Other then adult swim, comedy central, the history channel, and maybe the discovery channel, though they seem to have gone to shit too, I hate tv. It's nothing but TMZ and reality TV. All my favorite cartoons have failed. The new simpsons sucks, the new king of the hill sucks, the new everything sucks. except house, house is win.

The only show I've seen on MTV worth watching was that sports show with a bunch of idiots from jackass driving busses into each other. I can't remember what it was called but it was pretty awesome.

Otherwise MTV is the aids of television.

yeah i pretty much only watch history, adult swim and comedy central when i watch TV now.

MTV/BET is all about celebrating niggers and all of there niggerdumb. Its perverse and teaches girls at young ages how to be sluts. I would never let my kids watch that channel. MTV is also have the reason we have twice as many homos today as we did 15 years ago.

Same except I'll tune in to the occasional basketball game. Now with HD over the air it's only a matter of time until I watch those on my computer. If there is something I want to watch I'll just wait for it to come out on DVD and have Netflix send it to me or I'll download it.

Edit: I heard on the radio this morning that the games are streamed live on cbssports.com I'm watching now. Until I get a tv tuner and dig out some bunny ears for watching games in HD on my computer this will do. Fuck the television.

Someone already beat me to it, but MTV and BET are both owned by Viacom. If I'm not mistaken, the majority shareholder of Viacom is Redstone- a jew.

It has once been said that the jews have ulterior motives with the media, and for that theory, BET/MTV are perfect examples.
