Default Just got me a daisy duke powerline 880

pretty strong gun, isnt completely accurate, but havent tested it with a good distance, left a few small holes in my tiles.

anyways does anyone go out hunting with their air rifles, i havent tried, but i wanna try killing a possum or squirrel, maybe a rat or something. i dont think i'd be able to kill a possum, i got some hunting pellets too.

Squirrels and other small stuff... Worse come to worse use the empty gun rule.

I have a Remington AirMaster 77, mostly I just plink with it, but have ruined a few birds/squirrels' lives with it. 1" groupings at 25 yards, so thats what, 4 MOA? Can you scale it up like that?

Anyhow, I don't recommend going after opossum with an air rifle, you're liable to just piss it off.

Yeah that sounds about right 1 MOA=1/4inch at 24 meters. so at 24 meters 1" would be 4moa. Is this correc or am i mistaken?

1MOA~1" at 100yds. ~=approx.
1MOA~2" at 200yds

I used to do a lot of rabbit and bird hunting with a pneumatic crossman 17 cal. I think possums are a bit large though for a pellet gun.

Then again if you get one of the .22 pellet guns, they should have enough balls to take out a possum with one or two well placed shots, http://www.crosman.com/airguns/benjamin/B1122BTM
