The Unfinished Swan
What do you think?

Looks rather unique. Could be fun and scary if they made it right.

Re: The Unfinished Swan
It seems like a really good concept, and it interests me. If they want me to shell out some money for it, much more would have to be added or expanded.
Of course this is just a small preview, so not all of it is shown. So I'll keep my eyes on it to see what other additions come around.

Re: The Unfinished Swan
A very cool idea. Looks like a complete head trip if you played it stoned.
They could make that game freaky as hell if they did it the right way. Exploring the literal unknown coupled with some really strange ambient music would make that game cool as hell.

Does anyone else this this would be wicked on the wii? I am primarily a pc gamer, but that thought just occurred to me.

Exactly what I thought. In a completely dark room they could do things like they did in Dead Space. Random sounds here and there. Some white noise. Maybe whispering.
I'm actually looking forward to it.

I assume it will be for the Wii, but would look and run smoother on ps3/360. Looks sick.

Considering the website says they're using XNA, I highly doubt that.

Considering I didn't read the site, only looked at images, and don't know what the hell XNA is, I highly doubt I can disagree.

Re: The Unfinished Swan
What they need to do is make the levels morph and shift, and do all kinds of odd crap to confuse you. Add perhaps a horror element? Like, people always expect horror to be very dark, but what matters if it's completely black or bright white when you can't see? That's the big aspect of horror, right. Impaired vision that plays tricks on you. So pure light could give the exact same effect as pure darkness.
Either way, I'll definitely drop acid if I ever play this game.

Re: The Unfinished Swan
Looks interesting. I wonder what medium it'll be released on?
Also, they could implement some really interesting hints or directions into the game in the form of text that you had to paint with a certain colour to make it visible.

Re: The Unfinished Swan
If those are the actual sounds it will get tedious as hell. Traipsing through an unknown area to the sound of 'bop-bop-bop-bop-bop'. But switch that off and it could be a really fun little game. Not sure how long the concept would stay afloat for, hope it's not like a full length game or something.
Also it would be an excellent game to put all sorts of secrets in.
