Last year I met a couple who had spent most of their savings in moving to NZ only to find out that the town they had moved to was full of crazy maoris and pacific islanders off their faces on meth who didn't take too kindly of white people.

They ended up relocating back to rainy Devon without their money and out of jobs.

I hate it when people go somewhere on holiday and then think that the place is some sort of utopian paradise that doesn't have any problems.

I live in a wine region in Italy and we get lots of expacts from both Germany and the UK and sometimes I overhear their conversations while queing at the supermarket, it always bugs me how some people do not do any sort of research on the place they're moving to.

Helen Clark is possibly the ugliest white woman alive. I forgot to add that. I am a NZer but after London coming back to auckland is the most depressing thing on earth there are hardly any hot woman if the most obvious, way too many gooks and coconuts. The most terrible train and bus system of any country ive ever been to. The nightlife is amongst the worst in the world and only really on thursday, friday and saturday and you have to taxi or have a driver. Sports are boring. Watching the NPC with the 1000 people attendance makes me sad. People in NZ are less approachable and not friendly at all specially the younger guys. and the girls arent fun or approachable.

I love the crowd thats what makes it so fun so much to do. Honestly ratio to white people vs everyone else in london is probably better than auckland. On Queen St sometimes i cant even see a white person cos there are so many asians dont get me started on east auckland. and indians have taken over. not even good indians the dirty fijian ones. Indians in london were better looking. Almost every male between the age of 14 - 30 in NZ is like a cross between a wigger and a bogan and walk around like theyre tough which makes me laugh as NZ is so safe and boring and fights are rare.

And what other opptions are there? No where is as easy to get a working visa as the UK or Aussie for us. Melbourne and sydney are far better than any NZ city. As is almost every major european city. Except i only speak english so i cant work any of those cities. Manchester and Liverpool were fun also better than Auckland. The only place worse is birmingham.

Of course New Zealanders can't stand the English - they're Scottish! Maybe it's the reason for the rivaly between Aus & NZ. A rivalry that's passed down through the genepool getting slightly diluted over time and relocation to Oceania.

Also, Welsh accents kick way more arse than English accents, and every Welshman I've met parties hard enough to keep up. And they're not that dumb, if it matters - one joked about being an Old North Welshman, when he figured out that I was a New South Welshman (citizen of the state of NSW). Britons all go pretty hard though, to be honest, but the Welsh just have *it*. Brits as a whole aren't that terrible, and the English aren't bad at all even if they can be much harder to put up with than other Britons really. Just as long as they keep their mouths shut they're good.

So true, i hear people talk shit about the Yorkshire accent all day here in the states, but honestly, Between the loud and mostly incoherent New England accent(especially New York) which I assume you're talking about, and the sleazy constantly changing slang and slowness of speech exhibited by those on the west coast I think Americans have the nastiest expression of English.
