The Simple version of his scheme is this:

1. Gets A Identity that can't link the scheme back to him
2. Setup a Corporation that has similiar names with real corporation
3. Setup Corporate Bank Account
4. Email Convincing Emails to Companies that Buys stuff from that Company whose ID was assume
5. Convince those Companies to send re route their usual Payment to a New Bank Account that was just open up.
6. Withdraws the Cash Overseas in countries that don't extradite
7. When the Company whose ID was assume complain to Company that made payment The Feds start an investigation, which is usually 2weeks-1 month, the fraudster would already have withraw all the money already and is gone, whose real ID the feds won't know, All they'll have is a picture of the fraudster, Even if they find out the real identity of the fraudster it would be too late as the fraudster already escape & is living at a country that doesn't extradite to the States.

Lets say His End Game is withdrawing money from his corporate bank account from one of the Bank of America Branch Overseas countries that has no extradition treaty with the U.S. Like China or Vietnam, he would use the assumed identity's I.D that he used to open the corporation & Corporate bank account under to withdraw the money from the overseas bank of course.

Do you think he should travel to the oversea country with his assumed Identity's Passport or His real Identity, but brings along his Assume's Identity documents so that he can withdraw the money from the assume identity's shell corporate Bank account?

Theres more detail that i didn't have time to go over, but what do you think of my friends scheme so far?

Once again with the use of friend, help, and genius.. A sloppy mistake to repeat yourself this way. Not sure what to think of it. It could be that a part of the post is copy/paste. Not sure though. In any case this time something aditional is added. Wannabes on here - This is also a fine tool to bring the reciever a feeling a uberness compared to the rest. Also used to gained trust eventually. But it ended up he was actually Andre Cicero... a United States federal cyber-agent working an ongoing counterfeit coupon case for the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
