Exploitable Jobs

I know, first post shitty mud farmer I'll try to contribute as much as I can.
What are some jobs that can be exploited for a little extra something on the side?
Example: For shift managers at fast food joints. Put yourself in drive-through taking orders. Get the till up as much money as you can without drawing too much attention, using the following methods

-Take order, figure out the change due if the customer pays cash, when they pay either cancel the order or hit some variation of a 'free' button, (usually for employees or unsatisfied customers) put the money in the till
-Do refunds to nobody, keep money in till
-Short change customers

Figure out where the camera blindspots are, and when you change the tills at the end of your shift swipe a twenty or two in the blindspot. The till isn't down money and no video evidence! It's not much but do this every shift and it adds up!
This works best during the less busier shifts, and in drive through where the customer can't see you cancel the order. It is also reccommended to disable the receipt machine while you're doing this.

I’ve also heard in mobile phone retail you can set up phones linked to anonymous ‘ghost accounts’ and sell them.

You don't even need a job for this, just dress the part and pocket 100% of the money.

Loading the register by shorting customers on cash change or changing the prices on items is a damn old game. It works well, but it's also the reason the have cameras on the register. Employers are more concerned their own employees are going to rob them than the customers.

Law enforcement would be pretty profitable. Or a job at the DA's office. Anything dealing with the government and laws, really.
