Stealing Textbooks from the book store

So at university the book store around the start of the semester is a mad house. The you get your books and the line forms and then you go to the registers check out and leave. I don't think there are any theft sensors on the doors. If your walking out the door with a bookstore bag no one is going to question you.

My friend wants to get his books wait in line with a bookstore bag in his pocket then pull it out put his books in it and walk out. Anyone have any experience with this?

Really easy to do. I've saved thousands by doing this and have even made a profit selling it back to the book store or at amazon (whoever pays more). I initially did this in a group we would cover one another in a corner and backpack all I need. Since then they've banned back packs so I just get my girlfriend to come with me with one of her huge ass purses bag em and leave. When I first started I would pretend to walk up to the counter to buy a book can't afford it and leave with the text books I need in bag. I think I wasted my time then but i was just starting out what can you do.
