What should I do with my Sleep Paralysis

I guess i'll post this here since it seems like this is where lucid dream and that kind of bullshit would be posted. Any way, yeah I can pretty much enter sleep paralysis whenever I want. When I sleep on my back and just relax I feel the tremendous pressure on my and legs start to make me feel immobile but can just as easily break out of it just by thinking about moving and whatnot.

So, with enough practice, will I like, be able to lucid dream or some shit when I allow me self to completely fall in into paralyisis? I haven't what you'd say completely "let go" into the paralysis. When I do let myself completely succumb to the paralysis (once i get more practice on snapping out of it), what should I do? When on the brink of it I can still think, so if I start thinking happy thoughts about flying and other cool shit while i'm falling into the SP will I start lucid dreaming?

Or will I just hallucinate aliens and demons and other scary shit I dont want to see

I have sleep paralysis every time I sleep on my back. You can easily utilize this so-called "disorder" by inducing lucid dreams.
