God damn, you'd think some of the west or east coast states would do it first..

Anyway, it's all a matter of the constitution. Nothing in the constitution of the United States would make Gay Marriage illegal, so courts overturn the bans that people vote in (By majority, mind you), because their decision to ban it is unconstitutional.

That a good point. The constitution doesn't say anything about it being wrong or illegal. So they should be able to have that right. Everyone should.
