Faking a broken tail light.

Ok, so somehow you make a switch that turns off/on one of your tail lights.

You cruise around a bit until you get pulled over by a cop and when he comes up to tell you about your broken tail light, you cockblock him by turning it back on and denying that it's broken.

You get out of the car and both go to the back, and voila!

Cop makes an ass out of himself and loses an easy ticket

Worst idea ever. They can still give you a ticket (because fuck you, it's their word against yours) and this gives cops a reason to fuck with you. Which is a very bad idea.

Two: The dashcam as well as the officer cam that most cops wear on their shirts will capture anything on tape, including your light actuating whilst being pulled over.

Three: Most cops will not tell you to exit the vehicle to "Come look at your tail light". If one does, he's not doing his job properly.

Four: You can be charged with Obstructing Official Business if you are found culpable of doing this just to try to waste the cop's time.
