Its oil based, so that probably wouldnt actually 'moisturise', just make you all greasy.

I use a solution of glycerine and water as an aftershave and it works well.

but doesnt it serve as some sort of mask, keeping the moisture locked in your facial skin? the way i see it, its like smeared on the face, and it's like a membrane, and now that i learnt its oil-based, it makes even more sense now. see water and oil dont mix, so the moisture in your face can't escape through it

I use Vaseline as chapstick. It works very well, keeps my lips pretty soft.

Tried it but not good enough for eczema "super dry itchy skin"
Hemp Oil is best type of moisturizer in my view.

I compulsively wash my hands. So, in the winter time, they're literally cracked and bleeding. Unless, I apply a thin layer of vaseline before bed. It always softens and heals them right up before morning.

I too put vaseline on my lips. I use it like anybody would use chap stick and it works wonders. I like it better than chap stick actually. I just apply it whenever but I naturally have really dry lips so I find myself applying it multiple times a day. The girly does like it though
