Even advertising revenue for tangible goods is slipping. 2011 was a very hard year on the porn industry. 2012 will be worse. Internet porn isn't like the big Hollywood movie scene where they have a variety of other income streams to stay afloat on. Rampant piracy is literally choking the producers and distributors right out. A lot of big players in online porn jumped ship last year. Right now, the smart ones who haven't gone bankrupt yet, are taking their money and running to more profitable businesses.
