Help fix my penis please

I started on Zoloft about two months ago. One of the side-effects is sexual-dysfunction.

I got it

But I just have an extremely difficult time climaxing. I can become fully aroused fairly easily, so no problems there. But I cannot cum while having sex and it takes a fairly large amount of effort masturbating. It's very frustrating.
I last fucking forever, literally, so it's good for the women. But not so good for me...
I was just wondering if there was any way at all to counteract the effects of the medication? Through diet or some sort of herb or more exercise? Anything at all really. I really would like to avoid other medications or getting off this one since it's the first medication I've had that's actually helping me.

I don't need it per se, but it helps both with my anxiety and depression. I don't intend to be on it long term, I don't like being dependent on things. Counseling in time will remove the need. But I feel it improves the quality of my life for the time being.

No there's not, I used to have the same problem, except I couldn't even get an erection.

Often the side effects go away after 2 months, if they don't and it's really bothering you then switch to another SSRI.

Prayer? I would be very concerned if a medication made my penis stop working, even if this is a common side effect.

Shit... Well hopefully it goes away soon. It sucks. I may have to switch if it doesn't. But I've already been on Prozac and Wellbutrin, both didn't treat me very well so I'm leery...

I hardly fap as it is. It's much much too much work.

This, what Tokerface says is right. When I was on a minor anti-depressant my sex drive was completely killed. No feeling. Nothing you can really do about it, but hope that your body goes back to normal after it gets used to the medication.

I think you've got the right idea using medication only as a temporary solution. Dealing with the issues you have will work better in the long run. You may not know it, but you're consciously teaching your brain to regulate neurotransmitter levels the way it's supposed to.

No way to fix it. Either you deal with it, it goes away after some time, or you get off the drug.

Minimal relevance, I just wish the doctors would stop telling me that SSRIs cause *no* sexual problems whatsoever with regards to desire etc, all they say it it might "delay" orgasm which they then joke (?) is actually a benefit.
