How to set up throwaway eBay accounts?

I like to collect eBay accounts but I was wondering how I would make my accounts have the ability to sell items. A credit card or bank account is needed for this but I don't want to use my real ones because I don't want eBay to know my name and address so they can make fun of me for collecting eBay accounts. Would a gift card work? If so which one? Also would I be able to use it on my multiple accounts? I can close one account and use it on another if necessary

Gift cards work, but paypal requires that the zip code on the card matches the one registered to your account. eBay also has a phone verification, and if your home phone number does not match the name and address registered to the account, eBay will call you to verify that you have a working phone number. Once you pass the initial credit card and phone verification you'll be limited to ten items and $1000 total sales per month, which will be slowly increased as you continue to sell things (if you manage to not get banned). They WILL use your names, phone numbers,addresses, paypal accounts, ip addresses, cookies and flash cookies and compare them to the information of banned accounts. If they match you, they will limit you to 0 items per month. Enjoy selling counterfeit items/ scamming on eBay!

If you can't figure this out there are so many sites that sell verifying or ready to go ebay seller account. If you want US accounts it's like stealing candy from a baby.

Thanks guys, great information. I would have no problem getting an address for all my collectible accounts and will use my iPod, a VPN, and public Wi-Fi to create the accounts

Can you a explain a friend of mine plans on doing this with a iPod he notices the iPod (all iPod touchs) have the same ip address how will the VPN work with this
