It's just a short way of saying that it's not FDA approved, few to no studies which have been performed, it was manufactured by an unknown and potentially fraudulent source, and we don't really know shit about this drug except that nobody uses it to actually cure anything, so we'd better walk on eggshells here because anything could happen in this guy's body if we fuck up.
